How do I cancel?

In Settings, Billing section, choose Cancel, then confirm. The monthly plan stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the paid period. The current period is not refunded. The 4-month pass does not renew: there is nothing to cancel, and access stops at the end of the 4 months.

Are taxes included?

No. GST (5%) is added to the listed price. The amount is detailed before you pay.

What if I fail the exam?

You can sit the exam again after a delay of 3 to 10 months set by the CCQ (see the Exam retake page). The fee for a retake is paid to the CCQ. You can keep the monthly plan to prepare for the retake, or cancel it any time.
